HOLIDAY CLOSURES
Regular classes at Steppin' Out will be on hiatus over Winter Break from December 22nd to January 5th, during which time the studio will host winter camps. December tuition will be prorated to reflect the holiday at 3/4 of regular tuition ($33 for one class/week, $60 for two classes per week, etc.) A complete break down will be available at the front desk. See you for regular dance classes resuming January 6th.
MOVEMENT OF THE MONTH: LEAP
Dancing is, in part, about the opposition between the floor and the ceiling. Leaping offers dancers an opportunity to explore this opposition in a fun way! Have your dancer practice leaping from one foot to the other, reaching and extending her legs straight and getting high in the air just like we do over the mud puddle in tumbling class.

QUICK TIP:
It's no fun when ballet shoes come untied during class so try "tucking in your bunnies"! Tie your child's ballet shoe just as you normally do but tuck the bunny ears inside the top of the shoes so they don't come untied or become a distraction.
